This is a farmhouse for an Industrialist in the  precincts of the IGI Airport, we did the master planning and designed all the buildings which consisted of the Main
residence block, Swimming pool & SPA, Maid Quarters & Servant Quarters. A clean contemporary form has been devised for the two story structure with a large overhanging roof for shade, vertical wooden lattice for privacy and sun control and a veranda which extends on all 4 sides of the building.

HIGHLIGHTS.

COPPER METTALIZING, CAVITY WALLS, OUTDOOR GREEN WALL MANDIR

The architectural detailing is minimal with a special grey granite wet cladding in the façade, toughened glass frame-less railings, seamless copper coated (mettalized) round exterior columns & grey Travertino cladding in the interior. The main residence block is designed with some key green features via cavity walls, Greenwall cladding on the terrace temple (one of the first usage in Delhi), a green roof and solar water heating. Large glazing and sliding doors connect all the interior spaces to balconies & verandas at both the ground and first floor level. The residence is fully automated and all electronic equipment from the VRV Air-conditioning units to the Home theater can be controlled via a centralized system. The project has been developed in collaboration with Wrap Art & Design & the interiors conceptualized by them are an ode to Indian Heritage via contemporary juxtapositions of traditional arts and crafts of the subcontinent.
