HIGHLIGHTS.

CLOUD POOL WITH EXISTING ROCK, VIEWING DECK TERRACES, ALL EXISTING TREES RETAINED, FRAMED LAKE VIEWS FROM ALL ROOMS

A small (but large for the hills) 30 room hotel on a steep site in #bhimtal .The architectural intent is to create a hotel which belongs to the hills with aesthetic cues derivative of the vernacular and colonial building traditions of the hills of the region. The site has its own Rainwater Storage, Harvesting and Sewage Treatment with all the rooms using greywater for flushing. All trees on the site have been preserved and given adequate structural supports where necessary. The site has a great location with all rooms having a #panaromic view of the lake. When in the hills we say walk alot climb wander and get bitten by wanderlust.

Lift cladding in white and yellow indian stones

The project is state to be launched in 2023-24 & uses indian stones for all public spaces and flooring & cladding accents.
